BCA (Bank Central Asia) is Indonesia’s largest bank by market capitalization, and one of the largest in Southeast Asia. It has more than 1,200 branches and close to 18,000 ATMs across Indonesia. The bank’s communications tagline has long been “BCA Senantiasa di sisi Anda”, or “BCA, always at your side”. New products include the launch in late 2018 of QRku, which allows money to be moved between BCA accounts using a QR code. It has also launched “One Click”, allowing online shoppers to checkout faster from e-commerce sites. BCA is collaborating with fintech specialists to develop and promote new cashless payment options. Holders of BCA credit cards are offered promotions with partner brands in dining, travel and retail, and to mark the brand’s 62nd anniversary, in February 2019, BCA hosted the BCA Expoversary, a celebration of dream vehicles, dream homes and trendy tech, with giveaways and promotions for visitors.
